She has a number one best selling Amazon book – The Ultimate Dance Business Planner, a top 5% podcast – The Ultimate Dance Business Podcast, and programmes that elevate and transform dance businesses no matter what stage of business you have.

As a previous ISTD modern and tap examiner, and multi location dance studio owner she has 25 years experience running dance schools in the UK at one point teaching over 900 students across counties. Deborah went on to study business and now inspires others from her experience, expertise, compassionate coaching style and uplifting empowering personality.

She created the business she wanted in order to fulfil her dream of moving to a life in France in 2025, she is a wife and mum of two amazing boys.

How do I know which programme is for me?

You will get a chance to speak 1-1 with Deborah so she can advice you and you can decide together.

How long do you have to commit to?

In Illuminate it is a 12 month contract, in Ignite your commitment is just 90 days - then it moves automatically to recurring monthly debits unless you cancel giving us 14 days notice.

How do I know if my investment will pay off

The only time your investment doesn't pay off is when you fail to put the work in. I promise you if you watch all the trainings and implement everything over time your school will start to transform quickly.

What. if I can't make any of the live sessions?

Everything is recorded to fit in around you. of course it's better if you can attend live but if not let's make it work anyway!

Do I get coaching personally from Deborah 1-1?

In Illuminate yes, all your coaching sessions will be with Deborah, it's like having her on your team for a whole year. In Dgnite the coaching sessions will be a mix of deborah or Heather, who both bring brilliance to their sessions.
