Sparks FAQ
I am so busy I am not sure I will have the time to make use of your membership but I do really want to improve my school
This is an age old chicken and egg scenario my lovelies. You simply have to find the time. I usually find when someone is motivated and 100% committed to improve their schools they prioritise and find the time no matter what. If you do not think you can find any time at all then my advice is not to sign up.
There are plenty of trainings inside the vault that will teach you methods of saving time so you can find the time to work on your business.
My finances are not looking great at the moment I am not sure I can afford it?
I am going to help turn things around for you, help you earn more money and create more income via my marketing and attraction trainings. Without this you may find yourself stuck in this very same position for years to come. Sometimes you need to take the leap of faith. I actually prefer when money is a push, this means you are more likely to get the work done and implement what I can teach you. On average you will need 7 new students that stay for a year in order to pay for your Sparks membership for a whole year. I can certainly teach you how to get 7 new students in the first month!
I teach when most of the trainings are taking place
Don’t worry everything is recorded. Only about 30% of members make the calls live each month. That’s why we have the vault so you can go in and access the trainings at a time to suit you. This also means you can focus on the sessions that will be most helpful to you and your school.
How long do I have to sign up for?
There is a minimum commitment of 3 months for Sparks. After this we move you to a recurring monthly fee. This is to encourage you to commit to this programme for a decent amount of time. Results don’t happen overnight so we want you to be all in.
Ignite FAQ
How is Ignite different to Sparks
You will receive a session with Deborah in a much smaller group so you will get more individual 1-1 help. You also benefit from the guest expert training sessions which offer invaluable help in running your business. Lastly you will meet Deborah and the other Ignite members in person once per year for our Mastermind day, where we learn together, create strategies and pull together great minds to help elevate you and your school.
Is the extra investment worth it, am I not better saving some money and joining Sparks?
I do believe the more you are stretched and the bigger the investment the more success you enjoy. This is because with more skin in the game you are less likely to skip trainings, procrastinate or leave things for another month. Ignite has more momentum and generally the principles are more driven to create impactful change, due to the higher level of investment. So the question is, do you want momentum and a greater business now?
It feels like there is a lot on offer being in the Ignite membership, with everything from Sparks AND Ignite. It feels a little overwhelming, I am not sure I can commit to all of this.
I understand, there is a lot being offered to you. That is why when we do your initial 60 minute 1-1 we create a plan of what to work on and in what order so you don’t feel overwhelmed. You can pick and chose what to turn up to or focus on. I don’t suggest you make ALL the trainings and live calls. When in Ignite I help you to chose what is most important to attend or do first and what to leave to one side for now.
Illuminate FAQ
I really feel the 1-1 coaching would benefit me hugely but the investment is a little scary.
Yes of course, but this is a good thing my darling. With this level of financial commitment you will soar. You simply have to because we need to ensure you get your money back and then some. At this level you will become highly motivated to follow through on your actions and tasks we create each month. You will be held accountable via my loving pokey stick, and you will have such a clear bespoke plan for the year that it will all be simple to follow. The results if you put the work in will be astounding! Worth every penny.
What is the commitment for this membership?
This is a one year contract and payment is required for the whole year even if you chose to stop at anytime. We are all in for 12 months so be sure you are ready for the ride!
How do I know it is worth the money?
Because every single Illuminate member to date has told me so. 100% of clients finishing a year in Illuminate have said they got their money back and much much more from the new income and changes we made to their school.
What happens after a year in Illuminate?
You can chose to drop down to Ignite or Sparks or leave altogether. It is up to you. You can also sign up to another year to keep the momentum going.
