There are 3 levels of mentoring programmes known as “memberships”.

SPARKS – IGNITE AND ILLUMINATE

Each one has different price points, levels of commitment and access to me.

SPARKS and IGNITE are both group coaching programmes whilst ILLUMINATE has a large bespoke 1-1 coaching element.

£150/ month

Initial Payment of £450.00 (inc VAT) that covers first 3 Months

Your community of caring sharing fellow dance bosses to support you.
Access to the vault of trainings to help you build your school as you want it.
Access to deborah to guide, advize and be there when you need her.
1 x live high level impactful training session with deborah per month.
1 x live group session with deborah each month to ask question and learn.
1 x live mindset and empowerment session with world renown expert shari teigman.
30 x minute network cafe a chance to chat to other principals about burning topics you’d love inspiration on.
Access to our leading professionals and experts as and when you need a little guidance.

Ignite

£250/ month

Initial Payment of £750.00 (inc VAT) that covers first 3 Months

Access to ALL Sparks benefits (as detailed on the Sparks membership page)
1 monthly 60 x minute group live session with Deborah where she helps and guides you to create an even better school
1 monthly 60 x minute specialist training with a guest expert
One impactful full days training in person with your fellow Ignite and Illuminate members
Access to a special closed facebook group for my higher level membership clients

Illuminate

£550/ month

(12 month contract)

90 x minute 1-1 kickstart strategy call to create your 12 month vision and plan
6 x 60 minute 1-1 coaching calls held bi monthly throughout the year to advise, teach and hold you accountable. You will leave each session with 3 actions (homework) to move your forward
Group Team trainings – access to attend 4 team trainings sessions throughout the year with your teachers, vice principal or by yourself, (plus the slides and recordings so you can deliver them to your team yourself if you prefer)
1 x in person VIP day with me at my home in Devon with a maximum of 2 other Illuminate members where we shall work closely on your big vision, create your 4 year plan and how to get there and delve into current pressing topics for you.
Access to Deborah’s private email to have guidance and advice between coaching sessions whenever needed
