Programme

Ignite is the membership for you if you are really ready to make an impact and fast! You have enough time (or you are determined to make time) so that you start to see and feel the impact of your new learnings via this programme quickly. You are fed up with feeling stuck and feel empowered to do whatever it takes to move things up a notch or two, or maybe even ten! With more skin in the game (invested financially) in this membership you know you need to start taking action immediately and cannot wait to start enjoying the benefits from your hard work.

 Let’s get those students in, get your admin and systems leveled up and really start leading your business to a whole new level!

We begin with your 30 Minute Groups Onboarding Session with Deborah, where she will listen. Learn and help you form a plan for the next 12 months.

You then have access to the entire vault of training including the occasional guest expert sessions leaving no area of your business unattended. 

With the small monthly Mastermind pod sessions you get access to discuss your school with Deborah and dive deeper into specific help you may need. 

The final cherry on the cake is the in person Mastermind Day held once per year for all Ignite and Illuminate members where breakthroughs and motivation are happening right in front of your eyes.

Weekly sold out studio system for marketing

Sold Out Studio System is a strategy to give you consistent marketing help, ideas, accountability and a steady flow of new students.

In my opinion the biggest thing you should be prioritising each week is time spent on marketing, but most dance school owners only do it from time to time or not at all (posting regularly on social media does not account for regular marketing)

The monthly training is where I will deliver impactful training with methods and exact steps to take action on to help you understand more about business and running a school.

This is our members only hangout.

You will find us on Facebook in our private group which is full of inspiring, ambitious and dedicated dance business owners like you. The group is 100% dedicated to not just their own vision but to helping others. It is incredibly supportive so you may rest knowing you never have to make another business decision alone again.

Mindset Coach

Shari Teigman (our New York business coach) helps us understand our mindset and keeps us moving forward. She shows us how our self limiting beliefs can hold us back or our lack of confidence impacts us but most importantly then teaches how to “get out of our own way”. Everybody needs a Shari to help them create their dream!

Cafe Networking

Every month jump on to this 30 minute session and simply chat and share with your fellow dance bosses on a topic lead discussion, for example best way to communicate with parents, creating parent committees, ideas for selling summer school etc…

Accountability

Because I know you have nobody managing you and giving you deadlines I know just how hard it is sometimes to remain focussed, especially on those jobs you don’t love so much! I will help you to grab yourself an accountability buddy. Someone to work alongside to encourage you and hold you accountable to your goals and plans – very powerful indeed.

How is Ignite different to Sparks

You will receive a session with Deborah in a much smaller group so you will get more individual 1-1 help. Additionally, you will meet Deborah and the other Ignite members in person once per year for our Mastermind day, where we learn together, create strategies and pull together great minds to help elevate you and your school.

Is the extra investment worth it, am I not better saving some money and joining Sparks?

I do believe the more you are stretched and the bigger the investment the more success you enjoy. This is because with more skin in the game you are less likely to skip trainings, procrastinate or leave things for another month. Ignite has more momentum and generally the principles are more driven to create impactful change, due to the higher level of investment. So the question is, do you want momentum and a greater business now?

It feels like there is a lot on offer being in the Ignite membership, with everything from Sparks AND Ignite. It feels a little overwhelming, I am not sure I can commit to all of this.

I understand, there is a lot being offered to you. That is why when we do your initial 300 minute onboarding session we create a plan of what to work on and in what order so you don’t feel overwhelmed. I don’t suggest you make ALL the trainings and live calls. When in Ignite I help you to chose what is most important to attend or do first and what to leave to one side for now.
