Programme

This mostly bespoke programme offers invaluable 1-1 support with me guiding, encouraging and teaching you how to take your school to the next level. With direct access to me all year we shall be working alongside each other for the next 12 months creating magic like you can only imagine! This programme is for those that are truly ready to embrace huge business growth and personal development. You will be encouraged to step into your business owner’s boots like no other time, as we implement and upscale your business. This Illuminate programme is for you if you are fed up feeling stuck and want a big injection of help and motivation set out in a clear 12 month plan.

As an Illuminate member you will gain from all the Sparks and Ignite benefits plus the following extras

90 x minute1-1 kickstart strategy call to create your 12 month vision and plan, followed by:

6 x 60 minute 1-1 coaching calls held bi monthly throughout the year to advise, teach and hold you accountable. You will leave each session with 3 actions (homework) to move your forward.

1 x in person VIP day with me at my home in beautiful Devon with a maximum of 2 other Illuminate members. We shall work closely for a whole day on your big vision, create your 4 year plan and how to get there, and delve into current pressing topics for you. The day includes lunch, refreshments and new bonds with fellow Illuminate members.

This impactful and deep 60 minutes is for us to evaluate your month, ask questions, learn from my advice and from each other and get more individual bespoke support in a small group environment.

The Hive is also where I can answer your questions and am available to help you. I very much wish for you to feel supported and encouraged through the ups and downs and to no longer feel isolated or alone in your business decisions.

This is our members only hangout.

You will find us on Facebook in our private group which is full of inspiring, ambitious and dedicated dance business owners like you. The group is 100% dedicated to not just their own vision but to helping others. It is incredibly supportive so you may rest knowing you never have to make another business decision alone again.

Mindset Coach

Shari Teigman (our New York business coach) helps us understand our mindset and keeps us moving forward. She shows us how our self limiting beliefs can hold us back or our lack of confidence impacts us but most importantly then teaches how to “get out of our own way”. Everybody needs a Shari to help them create their dream!

Cafe Networking

Every month jump on to this 30 minute session and simply chat and share with your fellow dance bosses on a topic lead discussion, for example best way to communicate with parents, creating parent committees, ideas for selling summer school etc…

Accountability

Because I know you have nobody managing you and giving you deadlines I know just how hard it is sometimes to remain focussed, especially on those jobs you don’t love so much! I will help you to grab yourself an accountability buddy. Someone to work alongside to encourage you and hold you accountable to your goals and plans – very powerful indeed.

I really feel the 1-1 coaching would benefit me hugely but the investment is a little scary.

Yes of course, but this is a good thing my darling. With this level of financial commitment you will soar. You simply have to because we need to ensure you get your money back and then some. At this level you will become highly motivated to follow through on your actions and tasks we create each month. You will be held accountable via my loving pokey stick, and you will have such a clear bespoke plan for the year that it will all be simple to follow. The results if you put the work in will be astounding! Worth every penny.

What is the commitment for this membership?

This is a one year contract and payment is required for the whole year even if you chose to stop at anytime. We are all in for 12 months so be sure you are ready for the ride!

How do I know it is worth the money?

Because every single Illuminate member to date has told me so. 100% of clients finishing a year in Illuminate have said they got their money back and much much more from the new income and changes we made to their school.

What happens after a year in Illuminate?

You can chose to drop down to Ignite or Sparks or leave altogether. It is up to you. You can also sign up to another year to keep the momentum going.
