Ignite is one step up from the Sparks membership programme and is designed for the dance boss that wishes to find the time to truly work ON their business to create a year of incredible change.
We begin with our mission plan intentions creation session and the next 12 months is then focussed on reaching our goals ready to celebrate!
This programme is for you if you want to start something new in your school like a boys programme or a new early years programme. Maybe you want to hit a certain income level or be able to hand the school over to a deputy principal. My members all have their own agenda but together in this much smaller, more focussed and intense group we work together to reach our Ignite mission.

This is designed as a training session where I will dive deep into an element of your school or business like, retention, dealing with your team, marketing, creative time management, finances, growth strategies, customer services, creating a campaign to fill a summer school, systems and so so much more.

SPARKS Q & A COACHING CALL
(the third Thursday of each month)
In this Q & A coaching session we start with a round up and evaluation of everyones past month and then mini dive into specific areas of running our school based on people's questions / problems and successes. This is a great opportunity to learn more specifically about what you are currently working on in your school. The 1 x hour live Q & A calls will give you an opportunity to ask questions and get personalised answers as well as the support and wisdom from your fellow empowering dance business buddies!

You will find us on Facebook in our private group which is full of inspiring, ambitious and dedicated dance business owners like you. The group is 100% dedicated to not just their own vision but to helping others. It is incredibly supportive so you may rest knowing you never have to make another business decision alone again.

WHO IS IGNITE NOT FOR?
Ignite is not for you if you do not have the time to dedicate to working on your business in terms of planning, learning, implementing and taking action.
If you are so busy you know you cannot dedicate at least 2-3 hours per week to this programme then it is doubtful you will achieve your mission plan goals, and I really only wish to have dance bosses in this programme that are going to be celebrating their success with me end the end of the 12 months.
